條款細則及私隱政策

1. This special offer only applies to new clients who are a) 18 years old and above and b) having their first free trial.

2. This special offer will be conducted in either Hong Kong or Macau branches. In-advanced registration and time booking are needed to enjoy this special offer.

3. Clients are required to show their Hong Kong Identity Cards/ Macau Resident Identity Cards/ China Resident Identity Cards for confirmation and recording before enjoying the treatment.

4. Clients must show up on time. Please call (852)2782-0550 24-hours before the treatment session to change the treatment date. Clients who fail to do so shall be assumed to have forfeited the right to redeem their special offers.

5. Clients can receive complimentary gifts only after completing the trials.

6. his special offer shall not be used alongside other special offers or discounts. This special offer also cannot be exchanged for money or other gifts.

7. In case of any disputes, Perfect Medical reserves the right of final decision.
